For the department Legal Wind & Heat Netherlands in our Amsterdam office we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.
Your responsibilities as a Legal Counsel
The successful candidate will be working on large wind projects in the Netherlands and report to the Manager Legal Wind & Heat Netherlands. You will provide a full range of legal services to support the Wind and Heat business in the Netherlands. This will include drafting and reviewing (legal) documents based on Fidic Yellow and UAV-GC and providing advice on procurement law related matters. You will be actively participating in negotiations to meet business objectives and mitigate legal risks. Further responsibilities range from advising on general commercial agreements to being involved in the development and maintenance of master templates and training to support and protect the business.

You are an experienced, proactive legal counsel with a strong business sense. A partner for the business. You are able to explain and convince clients and external parties in an international corporate environment with your strong analytical and communication skills.
